Hey guys I hope you had a good weekend like I did. My oldest daughter Fionn made her first communion and we had lots of family over today to celebrate.

My Dad helped me knock out a few things that were on my list while he was here. We got the courtesy lights in and the parking brake warning light installed. While the switch was out of the passenger side door we found that it was held in with a wing nut that I have been looking for. It fits the battery hold down bolts and it the factory one I have been looking for. You never know what you are going to find.

I also got my axles back and my headlight aiming kit. I also got some AC filters.

    Sam,
Who are you going toget to press your new bearings on those sexy axles?

The head light aiming gear is priceless! I remember using a set just like these in auto shop in High School! I think I even used them on my '63 Rambler Classic sedan! Those were really good days!!

Sam, have you tried talking to Chris Hockerman? He used to be a full-time Corvair Mechanic. I'm sure he's had to do them. He still maintaines a lot of them for locals.

I am sure I can find a place around here to get the job done.

I applied for my plates today, it will be nice to put the collectors on!

I also placed an order with Clarks on Monday, it has some things that I need to install my clock. I am hopping I will have the stuff by the weekend.
